The new and improved personal “Digital Banking” will be available starting at 9:00 AM on Monday, October 7, 2024.

Can I use my existing Username and Password to log in?

When you log in to the new Digital Banking platform at mcbankny.com or on our new mobile app, you will be prompted to set up a new Username and Password.

Logging in using biometrics such as Face ID is available in the new mobile app.

When will the current online banking system be discontinued?

The current Personal Online Banking service will continue with limited functions until November 1, 2024, giving you time to download and save any historical information you may wish to retain. Bill Pay and Zelle® will not be available after October 4, but your account information, mobile deposits, and internal transfers will be accessible through November 1.

Prior to Friday, November 1, we recommend you do the following:

  • Select “Personal Online” from the login dropdown box on mcbankny.com or on our current mobile app, and log in using your current Username and Password credentials.
  • Download and save transaction history older than July 2, 2024, as well as older online statements (18 months will transfer).

Will I need to do anything before the bank changes to the new system?

Yes. Prior to Friday, October 4, we suggest you take the following steps:

  • Confirm or update your email address and mobile phone number in person at a branch, through your MCB Relationship Manager, or by calling the Contact Center at 800.852.7632. This information will be needed to receive a one-time passcode during enrollment in the new system.
  • Download and save any transaction history you would like to retain (only three months will transfer).
  • Download and save any Zelle® information you want to save (no Zelle® information will transfer).

Will everything in the current Personal Online Banking system transfer automatically?

Most key information will transfer automatically on October 7: 18 months of online statements and three months of transaction history. Bill Pay payees and history and pending bill payments will transfer automatically upon reenrollment in Bill Pay. EBills will also transfer.

Will my Bill Pay service transfer?

Yes, but first you will need to resubscribe to Bill Pay and accept the new terms and conditions. Once enrolled, all your information will be transferred to the new system, including all your payee information and bill pay transaction history.
Payments scheduled for October 5 and 6 will need to be rescheduled. Any bill payments you have scheduled for October 7 and beyond will be processed as usual, including recurring and one-time payments.

Will I still be able to send and receive money with Zelle® ?

Yes. The new system will offer Zelle® but none of your existing information will be transferred. Zelle® service on the current system ends at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 4 and no transactions scheduled for after that time will be processed.
In addition, any payments that have been sent but not claimed by the recipient by October 4 will be canceled and will need to be reestablished. Starting October 7, you can reenroll in Zelle® and begin using the service.

Will my transaction and statement history transfer to the new system?

Yes. Initially, up to 90 days of deposit account transaction history and all 18 months of statements will be transferred to Digital Banking.

I am currently enrolled in E-Statements. Will I need to reenroll?

Yes. You will be prompted at initial login to reset your statement delivery preferences.
